Cancellation policy

Before dispatch

You can cancel free of charge any time before the parcel leaves our facility. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will confirm the cancellation and start a full refund the same working day.

After dispatch

Once a courier has collected the parcel we cannot stop it. You may refuse delivery, and the parcel returns to us. We refund the order value once it is back in our facility and has passed inspection.

Cancellations by us

• A product is out of stock after the order was placed
• The delivery address is incomplete or the pin code is not serviceable
• The payment could not be verified
• We suspect fraudulent or bulk resale activity

Corporate and custom orders

Bulk gifting orders that involve custom printing or engraving cannot be cancelled once production has started. We always confirm the artwork with you in writing before that point.
