Refund policy

When a refund is issued

• An approved return has been received and checked at our facility
• An order was cancelled before dispatch
• A parcel was lost in transit or returned undelivered
• We are unable to fulfil an item you paid for

Timelines

Refunds are initiated within 2 working days of approval. The amount reaches the original payment method in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer. UPI refunds are usually the fastest.

Method

Refunds always go back to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders we transfer to a bank account or UPI ID you confirm in writing. We never ask for card numbers, CVV, PIN or OTP.

Deductions

• Cash on delivery handling fees are not refundable
• If a reverse pickup was arranged for a non faulty item, the pickup charge may be deducted
• Any discount applied at checkout is adjusted proportionally on partial returns

Delayed refunds

If a refund has not reached you within 10 working days of approval, contact us with your order number and we will share the payment reference so your bank can trace it.
