• Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or the enquiry form
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working

• To process, pack and deliver your order
• To send order updates and tracking information
• To answer questions, handle returns and provide support
• To improve our products, service and website
• To meet legal and tax obligations in India

Payments

Payments are handled by a regulated payment gateway. Card numbers, CVV, PIN and OTP never reach our servers and we never ask for them by phone or message.

Who we share data with

• Courier partners, who receive only the name, address and phone number needed to deliver
• Our payment gateway, to process and reconcile transactions
• Government authorities, when the law requires it

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules in India require. Enquiry messages that do not lead to an order are deleted after twelve months.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to kikizperfume@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and local storage entries to remember your shopping bag and to understand how the site is used. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings; the site will still work, though your bag will be emptied.
