Shipping policy

Dispatch time

Orders placed before 16:00 on a working day are packed and handed to the courier within 24 to 36 working hours. Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday move on the next working day.

Delivery time and partners

We ship through reputed courier partners across India. Typical transit time is 2 to 4 working days within Gujarat and 3 to 7 working days for the rest of the country. Remote pin codes may take slightly longer.

Charges

• Standard delivery is free on all prepaid orders across India
• Cash on delivery, where available, carries a handling fee shown at checkout
• We do not currently ship outside India

Tracking

A tracking number is shared by WhatsApp and email as soon as the parcel leaves our facility. If tracking has not updated for 48 hours, contact us and we will chase the courier on your behalf.

Undelivered or lost parcels

If a courier marks a parcel undelivered after three attempts it returns to us and we refund the order value once it reaches our facility. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit we resend the order or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
